The Thermal Grizzly Carbonaut Pad is a thermally conductive pad made of carbon fibre. Its specially developed polymer gives the thermal pad its flexibility and its "soft gap filler" properties. The carbon fibre structure ensures excellent thermal conductivity. Thermal Grizzly Carbonaut is easily reusable. In addition, the Thermal Grizzly Carbonaut has a very high thermal conductivity, which it can develop even with very little contact pressure. The Thermal Grizzly Carbonaut remains constant in its heat transfer performance. Note: Carbonaut is electrically conductive.

Carbonaut is available pre-assembled in many standard CPU / GPU sizes.
